I love the teasing, so early Lee and Amanda. Already the chemistry is there and sparks are flying. And are they flirting or what? She asks him to say something nice about her work and him telling her, “Not bad.” Her leaning towards him and both of them looking into each other’s eyes, almost daring the other, “Care to change your opinion?” “That is so petty.” Love it!

I saw this posting on another website this morning. I hope this is true and not some sick joke, but until I see presale orders on WBSHOP, Amazon, or TVSHOWSon DVD.com I won't get too excitied (although all fingers and toes are crossed).

American spy Lee Stetson and his housewife sidekick Mrs. Amanda King are really going places in Season Two, fighting the Cold War in London, Munich, Salzburg and the Caribbean! Kate Jackson (Charlie’s Angels) and Bruce Boxleitner (Babylon 5) again play the mismatched operatives, mixing laughs, intrigue and battle-of-the-sexes verbal jabs. Amanda is targeted by a white-slavery ring. Lee and his mentor, dithery Lady Emily Farnsworth, hunt for stolen plans for a top-secret plane. Amanda is the other woman in a headline-grabbing sex scandal. And Mrs. King becomes Mrs. Scarecrow on a romantic wedding cruise, complete with veil, vows and smooch at the altar – all in the line of duty, of course!

The Emmy Award-winning “Scarecrow & Mrs. King” first premiered in 1983 on CBS and aired for four successful seasons.
